Lone Star Analysis Expands in North Texas

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) August 29, 2017

Lone Star Analysis announced finalization of a facility expansion agreement. The agreement provides expanding capacity in stages. The first expansion will be available to Lone Star in 2017, with additional expansions in 2018.

Expanded facilities will grow Lone Star’s capacity to generate analytics software, and deliver analytics products to clients.

“We expect growth in all of our business lines,” said Matthew Bowers, Vice President of Corporate Development. “The combined effect of growth across our business makes this expansion a necessity,” Bowers added.

“Lone Star needed to expand our technology team’s footprint,” explained John Volpi, CTO. “Our team will have a larger software development area, a better lab for testing, and better network infrastructure.”

Analytics is one growth driver.

Lone Star is increasingly serving customers who need a mix of analytics software product-like purchases, and, ongoing analytics services. “We are seeing this blended analytics business model driving growth in both our Competitive Differentiation offerings, and, among clients who want Performance Optimization,” said CEO Steve Roemerman.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is another major factor in Lone Star’s expansion needs.

“Our customers have long depended on us for analytics. As analytics value moves to real time IIoT, we need to support our customers’ needs. These are large firms who expect highly professional, highly reliable work and products. They have millions, and in some cases billions, of dollars of investment they need to optimize. IIoT, driving insightful analysis, will generate enormous value for them,” said Bowers.

The expansion is expected to begin in Addison Texas, in September 2017, and continue through the end of 2018. “We were pleased to negotiate a single package deal for our expansion needs. It was important to minimize the time we spent focused on bricks and mortar. Jackson Cooksey represented us in this transaction, which further eased the burden on us,” Roemerman said.
