Colin Walsh joins Lone Star after serving in the United States Navy for more than 30 years. Now a retired U.S. Navy Captain, his career included two command tours, a fixed wing training squadron and the Naval Support Activity in Bahrain. Previously, he held senior staff positions at several NATO Commands including chief of staff for Maritime Air NATO, director of staff for Allied Maritime Component Command Naples and the head of operational experimentation for Supreme Allied Command Transformation. He is a graduate of the NATO Defense College and received his naval commission from the United States Naval Academy.
Rick Sladek, a retired lieutenant colonel of the United States Air Force, joins the Lone Star team with an extensive background in military service and an impressive professional history. Prior to his retirement from the military in 1997, Sladek served as a program manager for the Cruise Missile Mission Control Aircraft, systems representative to Air Training Command at Randolph Air Force Base and chief of the Flying Training Requirements Division, as well as in other operational, acquisition and staff assignments. He spent the last 15 years assisting companies with business growth, project management and other tasks.
