Rita King, HR Director for Lone Star Analysis has been selected to serve on the DallasHR Board of Directors in 2016 as a Programming Co-Director. Directors are appointed to serve a one year term as a member of the DallasHR Board of Directors. This position is responsible for planning programs, workshops, seminars, and other events, working closely with DallasHR staff and a committee of volunteers.

Formed in 1939, DallasHR became a local SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) affiliate chapter in 1964. Rita has been an active participant in DallasHR programming events for more than three years. “I’m very proud of our local SHRM chapter and the impact of our training and event contents. It has served me well as I’ve journeyed a steep learning curve while building Lone Star’s HR department from the ground up for the past three years, and I am looking forward to giving back in the organization,” Rita said.
