Lone Star’s Customer Assessment (CA) process focuses on gaining a detailed and holistic understanding of our client’s customers. While each effort is based on our client’s requirements, information could include elements such as business strategies, organizational structure, key personnel, acquisition philosophy, decision processes, financial stability, key relationships and stakeholders, critical suppliers, and other critical information.
Our approach to CA data collection is comprehensive and includes internet searches, proprietary database mining, and human intelligence (HUMINT). Once collected, CA is evaluated for applicability and validity, and when necessary, corroborated from independent sources. The CA is then analyzed in its entirety to gain a greater understanding of customer opportunities, threats, and tendencies. Final products are delivered via presentation or interactive group sessions.
